Sled Pulling Work w 50 lbs

Backward Lunges 2 x 40 yards
Side Steps 2 sets of 40 yards
Karaoke 2 sets of 40 yards
Back Pedal for speed- 2 sets of 40 yards
Straight Leg Strides- 4 sets of 40
Sprints- 2 sets of 40
